What to expect from your Bass lessons at Empire Music Tuition .

Bass lessons are structured around each student's goals and are appropriate for absolute beginners through to advanced students. Lessons can cover a range of techniques from sight reading, slapping, working with a band, improvising, constructing bass lines, or just learning songs to be able to play along with your favorite bands.

Students have the option to complete the “CPM” course which is a series of 4 graded levels of assessment. The CPM course is designed by The Australian Music Examinations Board and is focused around skills required in contemporary music. It involves performing pieces from a set syllabus, a number of scales, and displaying some aural skills and knowledge of music terminology.
